The next stage is a meeting with the HR department and manager of the department to which the candidate applies. During the conversation we try to get to know the candidate's personality and preferences..

To the third stage we invite candidates with whom we set specific conditions of cooperation. We also determine how the process of implementation on the new position will look like.
